Orders & Shipping

Thank you for your order! Your new jewellery will be carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible, usually the next working day or within 3 working days at the latest. Ordering is open for Finland and internationally to select countires.  If you are outside of Finland and can't see your country in the list, please contact me and I'll see what I can do!

*After completing your order at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. If you didn't receive an email, please check your junk mail folder just in case!

*If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, please just let me know upon ordering and I will do it gladly!

*In Finland, shipping is by "Posti XXS-paketti" and costs 5,90€. This comes with full tracking and is delivered to your home address, so there is no need to pick it up anywhere.

*International shipping outside of Finland is by registered mail and costs 18,60€. It comes with full tracking.

*I do not charge extra for packaging materials or gift wrapping. You always pay only for the actual shipping.

Pick up from the atelier

If you are in Helsinki and wish to save on shipping costs, you are most welcome to pick up your order from Fine van Brooklin jewellery atelier at Satamakatu 4A in the Katajanokka district. At checkout, choose "Pick up" as the shipping method and you will not be charged for shipping. Then message me to agree on a pick up date and time. My schedules are very flexible for atelier visits!


Exchanges & Returns

I sincerely hope that you'll fall in love with the jewellery piece you choose to order from Fine van Brooklin! However, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the jewellery within 15 days from receiving your order. It is essential for the returned item(s) to be unused and feature their original packaging upon return.

*Before you do anything else, contact Fine van Brooklin via the Contact section on this website or via email at finevanbrooklin(at) and we will work out the exchange/return procedure that's most convenient for you.

*If the reason for your wish to return a Fine van Brooklin jewellery piece is a matter of size or fit of the item, please note that I am happy to adjust the jewellery piece to better fit you whenever it's possible, and it often is! Just contact me with any worry you may have, I am always here to help you out and find the right solution.


My Fine van Brooklin BROKE, what to do?!

Fortunately, reclamations on Fine van Brooklin jewellery items are extremely rare, but accidents can of course happen. In such a case, please don't hesitate to contact me asap! I will repair your jewellery in the best way I possibly can. Also, if you lose an earring, check with me to see if I can make a replacement. There are always more solutions to jewellery worries than you may think! <3
