Ametista earrings

Gemstone earrings from Secret Garden collection.

These simple but magical earrings feature beautifully faceted amethyst gemstones (size approx. 10mm in diameter) that I have salvaged from a broken vintage necklace (very old, approx. 1930s-50s originally). The stones appear to be cut by hand as they are all unique and have slight differences in the facets. The shape brings out the luminosity of this beautiful purple stone.

Wrapped with 22K gold plated findings. Earring hooks are 18K gold plated surgical steel.

Length of earrings 3cm. 

As well as complete your outfit, these earrings can serve as a good luck charm. Amethysts are said to reduce tension and alleviate worries or fears, as well as clear the mind and support your intuition.
