Manhattan dress clip necklace

From a collector's stash to Fine van Brooklin and a new life in Temps Perdu.

This necklace features an antique/vintage Art Deco focal point that is originally, and still is a fully functioning, crystal studded dress clip. It was in good vintage condition, but tarnished and the majority or the crystals were lost. After cleaning and polishing it, I brought back the elegant sparkle by carefully setting on it some new Swarovski chaton stones one by one.

Size of clip 7 x 2,5cm

This dress clip is a beautiful adornent on the neckline or shoulder of a garment, on a hat or as a clip to drape a scarf. It is also an absolutely stunning hair accessory. Be ready to turn heads with your vintage elegance!

To make the clip even more versatile to wear, I have added a simple, beautiful steel chain that can be worn long or wrapped twice around the neck. Set the clip on as a pendant and create a look that is slightly more contemporary. Whatever you do, this piece of jewellery will raise your outfit to the next level in a single snap!

Length of chain 84cm, the hook clasp is silver and the ends of the chain are adorned with little Austrian Premiro crystals. The chain is steel and previously unused vintage.
