Old Hollywood brooch

This vintage brooch was a wonderful find from a local collector's stash I was fortunate to be able to aquire for myself. It was dusty and some of the stones were missing or tilted but otherwise in great condition. I carefully cleaned and repaired it with new Austrian crystal chaton stones, revealing its gorgeous old Hollywood glamour!

The needle is sturdy and in full working order. All the crystals are clean and sparly! One of them has remained slightly tilted and could not be fixed completely without risking to damage the whole piece. However, this tiny flaw is barely even noticeable, you'd have to look carefully to see it.

The brooch diameter is approximately 5,5cm.

A beautiful crystal brooch is such a versatile treasure, and only sky is the limit for how to wear it. Think of what it must have seen over the decades, and how many more adventures are waiting for it!

I would advise you to handle this rarity with care . When not wearing it, it's best to keep it in its own pouch or in a padded box, separate from other jewellery to avoid scratching or tarnishing of the crystals.
