Virginie Birdie hoop earrings in black

Unique earrings from Women in Art collection, inspired by Virginie, the wonderful model in several 19th century paintings by Finnish painter Albert Edelfelt. I have loved the paintings of her since I was a young girl and here I want to imagine Virginie's jewellery style set in the 2020s.

These earrings feature beautiful vintage brass bird charms with a circle of black spinel gemstones and Czech glass crystals. Earring hooks and findings are skin-friendly gold plated steel.

Unique pair in this colourway.

Full length of the earrings is 5,5cm, with diameter of the hoop approx. 3,5cm. Once hanging, the shape of the hoop is slightly oval, not strictly round.

Very lightweight and super comfortable. 
Original, unusual and oozing artistic vintage bohemian style! An absolute joy to wear and will not be left unnoticed!
